Clients agree not to misuse, copy, or redistribute PCS-BPM’s materials, templates, or deliverables without prior written consent. Our intellectual property, including designs, reports, and code frameworks, remains the sole ownership of PCS-BPM unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.

PCS-BPM strives to deliver high-quality consulting and automation solutions. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service usage, delays, data loss, or third-party integrations unless explicitly covered in the agreement.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice, subject to contract terms. Upon termination, clients are required to settle all outstanding payments, and PCS-BPM will hand over deliverables completed up to the termination date.

All service methodologies, documents, and creative content developed by PCS-BPM are protected under intellectual property rights. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for business purposes only.
